We are looking for a registered Radiology Technologist with exce llent commun ication skills.-- The-- Diagnostic Technologist will make a difference on our team by performing diagnostic medical radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures through interpretation. • Acquires ordered images including evaluating these images for tec hnical quality. Sends images to-- appropriate destinations for interpretation.--
• Maintains orderliness and cleanliness of work areas. Reports any unsafe or potentially unsafe conditions. Maintains X-ray and other equipment in efficient operating order.-- Performs preventative maintenance regularly.
• Obtains patient history, answers patient questions, and explains procedures .-- Transports patients to radiographic room and prepares and-- maintains room.
• Performs radiographic examinations.-- Prepares written-- documentation such as evaluation results, individualized treatment plans, and progress reports.--
• Requests and orders-- supplies . -- Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED .
  • Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology ( ARRT) in the State of Maryland.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS).
  • Associate degree preferred.-- This position has a hiring range of $29.15 - $48.99--
