Role: Senior Business Analyst - Patching

Role Description: The Senior Business Analyst – Patching would need to have at least 5+ years of experience.

Required Skills:

- 4-6+ years of relevant production support and/or technical development SDLC experience, and a basic understanding of UNIX/Linux servers.

- A solid understanding of the change request process.

- Exceptional listening, verbal and written communication, and strong facilitation and interpersonal skills.

- Strong Microsoft Office skills including SharePoint and Excel (must know pivots and how to generate reports).

- An ability to adapt to change, to shift gears and change direction on projects.

- Strong research skills with an attention to detail.

- An ability to work independently and jointly in unstructured environments in a self-directed way.

- A strong ability to manage multiple activities in a deadline-oriented environment.

- A four year Bachelor?s degree in a relevant field.
