Job Description:
OVERVIEW OF ROLE:
The Banquet Cook will prepare food as directed by the Executive
Chef and Banquet Sous Chef. Providing guests with an excellent
experience by cooking to order in a timely manner with consistency
in food preparation, portioning, and garnishing. Must be available
to work weekends and holidays. Part Time and Full Time positions
available.

Responsibilities:
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
--- Meet with the Banquet Sous Chef or Executive Chef to go over
daily production.
--- Participate in shift line-ups to accomplish common goals.
--- Comply with the standards of the kitchen to include consistency
in quality and portion control.
--- Maintain cleanliness and organization of F&B back-of-house
areas and outside storage.
--- Other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
--- High level of professionalism.
--- Excellent verbal communication skills.
--- Strong teamwork skills.
--- Customer service oriented, ensures every guest has an
outstanding experience.
--- Strong organizational skills.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
--- A minimum of one (1) year of ala carte, line cooking experience
in a high-volume environment, is preferred.
--- A high school diploma or GED, is preferred.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
--- Ability to lift at least forty (40) pounds.
--- Ability to perform activities such as bending, kneeling,
crouching, reaching, standing, pushing, lifting, and grasping.
--- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
