• Schedule: 4 ten-hour days; either M-Th or T-Fri. 40 hours/week or willing to split the hours between providers if needed, based on availability

• Credentialing: 90-120 days Minimum Requirements for Consideration

  • Certifications: ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS
