Are you an Assistant Project Manager with 3-5 years experience? Is your career growth limited in your current company? You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation. Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of a construction project from planning to implementation Allocate resources for assigned projects Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience working for a general contractor who performs commercial construction projects Familiarity with construction management software Strong leadership qualities Strong negotiation skills Deadline and detail-oriented Our employees will tell you that we offer a great working environment in a new state of the art office, have an exciting pipeline of projects, a team atmosphere of support and positivity, and a place to sharpen your skills and develop good habits while building interesting projects.
